
Applicants for funding must qualify as 501©3, tax-exempt organizations, providing certification to that effect. In addition, applicants must submit a written proposal for funding that includes the following:
- A funding request summary sheet - Click here
- A proposal (no more than 3 pages in length) that
- Describes the organization,
- Indicates the number of persons served each year,
- Summarizes the project's purpose and total cost, and
- Specifies the amount requested from the Great Day Foundation
Also enclose as a part of the application packet:
- A list of current board members, including their affiliations
- A list of key organizational staff members, including their professional titles (and main functions, if not obvious from titles)
- The organization's current-year operating budget
- A one-page listing of funding sources and amounts received from these sources over the past two years.
Applications may be sent at any time in a year, they will be accepted by mail only, sent to the Great Day Foundation's address located on our contact page. |
